Guests at Puppy Playground must be:

At least 12 weeks old

Spayed or neutered if over 6 months of age

Not possessive with food or toys

Up to date on vaccinations, including DHLPP, Rabies, Bordetella (every 6 mo), and on year-round flea and heartworm preventative
When you're ready to bring in your dog, please complete the two forms below (Application and Waiver) and call or email us to schedule an evaluation day for your dog. New dog evaluations are performed Monday thru Thursday between 7AM - noon.
On your evaluation day, plan to arrive early with your dog on a flat collar with ID tags. You can either email or bring in your signed forms with current vaccination records.
